Resurface, don't replace

Doors, elevator cabs, reception desks, and columns refinished with architectural film in wood, metal, and stone. Same structure, new finish, and the building stays open.

What we resurface

If it's flat or gently curved and structurally sound, it can get a new finish.

Commercial doors

Guest room, corridor, and office doors and frames.

Elevator cabs

Cab walls, panels, and trim refinished in a day or two.

Elevator landings

Landing doors, frames, and lobby surrounds.

Reception desks and millwork

Desks, casework, cabinets, and built-ins.

Columns and storefronts

Columns, frames, and facade elements.

Walls and ceilings

Feature walls, panels, and hallway surfaces.

Resurface vs. replace

Replacing doors, elevator interiors, or millwork means demolition, long lead times, and closed-off floors. Architectural film gives the same surfaces a new finish in place, usually in a fraction of the time.

How it works

  1. Walkthrough

We look at the surfaces, count the doors or cabs, and bring finish samples.

  2. Specify

You pick the finish. We confirm the film, prep, and any fire-rating needs.

  3. Install

Surfaces are cleaned, prepped, and wrapped on a schedule that keeps the building open.

  4. Walk the finished space

We walk it with you and send completion photos.

Architectural film questions

What is architectural film?

A thin, durable vinyl finish made to look and feel like wood, metal, stone, or solid colors. It bonds directly to existing doors, panels, and millwork.

Is it cheaper than replacing?

In most cases it costs a fraction of replacement, with no demolition, no long lead times, and no dumpsters. Every project is quoted after a walkthrough.

Can the building stay open?

Yes. We work room by room, floor by floor, or overnight, so guests, tenants, and staff aren't displaced.

Can you wrap fire-rated doors?

Many architectural films carry fire ratings for interior use. We spec the right film for the surface and code requirement before the install.

How long does it last?

Commercial architectural films are built for high-traffic interiors and clean with normal cleaners.

Can I see finishes first?

Yes. We bring physical samples to the walkthrough so you can see the finish against the real space.

Where we work
